Lost or Damaged Packages: Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, it is handled by third-party carriers. While EarEase is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit, our support team is always here to help resolve any issues and provide guidance.
Shipping Responsibility: Shipping is managed by trusted third-party carriers. Once your order has been handed over to them, any shipping-related issues are outside of our direct control. However, we remain committed to supporting you every step of the way.
